Mindful Screen Time is a Chrome extension that shows a mindful pause before you open user-chosen sites and tracks time spent per site. Your privacy matters. This policy explains exactly what the extension does and does not do with your data.

What data is stored

All data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.session APIs. Data stays on your device.

What is transmitted

Nothing. The extension makes no network requests. There are no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking pixels, no remote servers. The extension does not communicate with any third party.

What is collected

Nothing is collected by the developer. The developer has no access to your data and no way to view, retrieve, or correlate it with you.

What is shared or sold

Nothing. Your data is not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to anyone.

Permissions used

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the extension removes all data stored by it. You can also clear usage at any time via Chrome's extension site-data controls.
